  • Yes! Cory will be working with you in some capacity no matter what! Our coaching spots are primarily led by our trusted certified health coaches. Cory leads monthly group sessions for our 1:1 clients.

  • If you are located in Canada- we can absolutely still work with you! Unfortunately we cannot work with residents outside of the US or CA at this time due to insurance reasons, but we hope this changes in the future!

  • No, we offer an affordable monthly payment plan without any interest!

  • Yes! We are happy to provide you with a Superbill (a medical receipt) to submit for potential reimbursement depending on your plan and policy.

  • Yes, both! You can either use your physical card like you would a regular credit or debit card, or ask us for a Superbill aka medical receipt to submit for reimbursement.

  • Our one-on-one packages provide the highest level of care; there really is no substitute for this level of personalization and accountability. In fact, the number one BEST predictor of success when it comes to your health goals is what we call the “accountability factor.” Inside our 1:1 package, we’re going to guide you every step of the way, make SURE you’re implementing all of the actionable steps to ensure you’re staying on track to meet your goals, cheer you on (because we all need a lil boost sometimes) and make sure you’re continuing to move forward!
