Jalapeno Popper Casserole
Jalapeno Popper Casserole:
6 c broccoli florets, chopped
1.5 lb cooked chicken, sliced into pieces
1.5 c cottage cheese
1/2 c whipped cream cheese
1/4 c milk
Spice blend: 1 tsp garlic salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
5 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1/4 c shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and add broccoli and chicken to a casserole dish. Blend cottage cheese, cream cheese, and milk until creamy then mix in.
Sprinkle jalapeno and bacon on top, then add cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
